Orders

Internet orders are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Deliveries

Our delivery charge is $12 per gift anywhere in Australia.

We strive to get our baby gifts delivered quickly. We guarantee to dispatch your gifts on the next business day after your order is received.
Online orders placed Friday and Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning as our couriers do not collect on weekends.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during office hours only. No Deliveries are made on weekends or Public Holidays.

Guide to Delivery Time Frames

As advised by our couriers – please note there may be some delays due to Covid-19. We ask for your patience during this time.

Sydney metropolitan and CBD – usually next business day but could be 2 business days from order placement.
(for example – order today, delivered tomorrow or following day)
Wollongong, Newcastle, Central Coast – 2-3 business days from order placement
(for example – order placed Monday, despatched Tuesday, delivered Wednesday or Thursday).
Brisbane, Melbourne, ACT – 2-3 business days from order placement.
(for example – order placed Monday, despatched Tuesday, delivered Wednesday or Thursday).
Adelaide – 3-4 business days from order placement.
NSW country – 3 – 5 business days from order placement.
Perth, WA, Tasmania, Northern Territory – 4 to 7 business days from order placement.
Remote Locations Australia wide – 7 to 10 business days from order placement.

Please note that whilst every effort is made to meet the delivery guidelines quoted above, we cannot provide absolute guarantees.
We use reputable couriers and whilst their service is usually timely and efficient, delays may occasionally occur that are out of our control.

Please make sure that you provide correct delivery details, otherwise an extra delivery fee will be incurred. We do not take any responsibility for wrongly addressed parcels.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery

  • If authority to leave is given and no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave the parcel in a relatively secure location unattended at the address.
  • If the parcel cannot be left at the address, our courier will do one of the following:
    • Leave a card with instructions as to how to arrange redelivery (selected Couriers Please, Fastway or Australia Post deliveries)
    • Leave a card advising the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the nearest participating newsagent, convenience store or similar for the recipient to collect at a time that suits them (selected Couriers Please and Fastway deliveries)
    • Leave a card advising the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the nearest post office for pickup (Australia Post deliveries)

There will be no extra cost involved in this service, unless the parcel is returned to us and needs to be re-addressed.

Express deliveries and overseas deliveries can be arranged – please call to discuss.We can arrange express delivery through Australia Post Guaranteed Next Day Service to almost anywhere in Australia (this service not available to some remote areas). Please call to discuss costs and timing.

Deliveries can be made to ANY overseas location, please call or e-mail for delivery charge and estimation of time.

Hospital Deliveries

If you choose delivery to a hospital be certain that recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made.
If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to her home. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you.
Please do not address the order to the baby.
Please ensure to provide us with the mother’s full name, room number, and ward and level (if applicable).

Secure Online Payments

Our ordering process is completed within a secure e-commerce environment to ensure that your details are safe and protected throughout the entire transaction. Your credit card details are not kept on our computer system and once your payment is made we no longer have access to your private details.

Substitution of Products

In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering we reserve the right to substitute that product with another similar item. We do guarantee that the replacement item will be equal to or greater in value than the original item.

Use of personal Information

Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties.

Your email address is added to our newsletter database. Our newsletter is sent approximately 2 to 3 times a year and includes new products, specials and upcoming events. If you would like us to manually remove your name from the mailing list please send us an email including your name and email address and we will remove it within 48 hours. info@babybouquets.com.au

Our office is open Monday to Friday, closed on Public Holidays and weekends.

If we are busy or unavailable please leave a message, we will return your call as soon as possible.

Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or your gift has any faults, we are happy to provide you with a FULL REFUND of the gift purchase price or a gift replacement on return of the gift.
